A great source of calcium. Red Russian Kale produces lovely full leaves with a stunning crimson spine. As much fun to look at as it is to eat. Start seeds inside around April for transplant to the garden in June. Once seedlings have 2 true sets of leaves transplant to the garden. Space about 3 feet apart. Frost tolerant.
